In this pivotal role, you will lead the architecture of a unified customer data ecosystem aimed at modern scalability within Salesforce Data Cloud. Your expertise will transform fragmented data into actionable marketing intelligence, impacting both marketing and product development initiatives. Accountabilities
- Architect Data Solutions: Lead the design and build-out of a scalable data architecture within Salesforce Data Cloud from the ground up.
- Bridge Business & Tech: Act as a hybrid lead, spending 70% of your time on Business Analysis and 30% on Data Engineering.
- Collaborate with Leadership: Partner closely with Marketing Managers and Product Owners to define technical requirements.
- Optimize Data Flows: Ensure seamless integration and data integrity between Snowflake and Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain architectural blueprints, data mapping, and functional requirement documents.
Requirements
- Platform Expertise: Proven experience implementing and configuring Salesforce Data Cloud.
- The Hybrid Edge: Balance strong Business Analysis (70%) with technical Data Engineering (30%).
- Data Proficiency: 3–5+ years in data-driven roles with experience in Snowflake and SQL for validation.
- Stakeholder Management: Communication skills to navigate complex requirements with stakeholders.
- Agile Excellence: Experience in Agile environments within distributed, remote teams.
- Fluent English: High proficiency for daily technical and business communication.
