Accountabilities:
As a Senior SAP BOBJ Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing business intelligence solutions. You will collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver scalable reporting capabilities and support data-driven initiatives.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize solutions using SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ).
- Create, enhance, and maintain queries, reports, and stored procedures according to business requirements.
- Participate in requirements gathering and implement data-oriented solutions that address operational needs.
- Support the development and maintenance of code using Visual Studio Code.
- Use GitHub and GitHub Copilot for version control, collaboration, and development productivity improvements.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure efficient delivery, technical quality, and alignment with project objectives.
- Contribute to documentation, governance practices, and continuous improvements in development processes.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to improve system performance and reliability.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is an experienced SAP BusinessObjects professional with strong analytical abilities and a background in enterprise data solutions. You should have solid technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with international teams.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience working with SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ).
- Proven experience creating and maintaining queries, reports, and stored procedures.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Visual Studio Code.
- Experience using GitHub and GitHub Copilot for development collaboration and productivity.
- Advanced English skills, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively in an international environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proactive approach and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Experience working on global projects or within large enterprise environments is highly valued.
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools, data analysis practices, software documentation, and code governance is a plus.
