This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Semi Senior Project Manager - Digital Marketing & Advertising based in Brazil.
This role sits at the intersection of project management, business development, and marketing operations within a fast-paced digital and creative environment. You will be responsible for coordinating high-impact proposals, RFPs, and marketing initiatives that support new business growth and client acquisition. Acting as a key operational connector, you will work closely with leadership, strategy, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial and marketing priorities. The role requires strong organizational skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts with precision. You will also help streamline internal processes, improving efficiency across marketing and sales workflows. This is a highly collaborative position where structure, communication, and ownership directly contribute to business success.
Accountabilities:
Support end-to-end coordination of business development and marketing operations, ensuring smooth execution of proposals, campaigns, and internal initiatives across teams.
- Manage inbound business development requests, acting as the first point of contact for prospective clients and supporting opportunity qualification.
- Coordinate and develop RFPs, pitch materials, and proposals, including gathering case studies and tailoring content to client needs.
- Oversee project management for new business processes, including timelines, stakeholder alignment, budgeting inputs, and submission delivery.
- Support CRM management and pipeline tracking, ensuring accurate updates and visibility across business development activities.
- Coordinate marketing execution such as content calendars, newsletters, webinars, PR activities, and social media initiatives.
- Organize cross-functional inputs for case studies, awards submissions, media requests, and external speaking opportunities.
- Drive process optimization across marketing and sales operations to improve efficiency and scalability.
Requirements:
You are a structured and detail-oriented project manager with experience supporting marketing, production, or business development functions in fast-paced environments.
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, production, or business development support roles.
- Previous experience in agency environments is highly desirable.
- Strong background in coordinating proposals, RFPs, pitch processes, and client-facing materials.
- Excellent written communication skills, with experience creating presentations and structured business documentation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Pipedrive, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
- Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation is a plus.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2) is required.
