The position involves close collaboration with Product and Design teams to define solutions, influence product direction, and deliver meaningful improvements.
You will take ownership of frontend architecture, performance, and quality while working with modern web technologies.

Accountabilities:
- Lead the development of key product experiences across proposals, invoicing, payments, contracts, and project management workflows.
- Design and implement scalable component architectures and reusable UI patterns using React and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to create clear, responsive, accessible, and high-quality user experiences.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services and APIs, including authentication, payments, and complex business workflows.
- Improve frontend performance, reliability, regression prevention, and compatibility across browsers and devices.
- Contribute to internationalization and localization initiatives as products expand across different markets and currencies.
- Participate in technical planning, design reviews, and roadmap discussions to influence long-term product evolution.
- Take ownership of solutions from conception to delivery, ensuring quality and maintainability.
Requirements:
- Strong experience developing modern frontend applications with React and TypeScript.
- Proficiency with state management solutions such as Redux and MobX, along with component-driven development practices.
- Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs and managing complex client-side data flows.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Product and Design teams to deliver polished user experiences.
- Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization, testing practices, and accessibility standards.
- Experience building SaaS products, with background in payments, invoicing, or workflow-based systems considered a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a highly autonomous environment with strong ownership and accountability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a user-focused mindset.
