Salary Range: up to ₱160,000

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-stack Developer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and supporting scalable full-stack software solutions across our product suite. You will collaborate closely with technical leads and cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain high-quality applications aligned with modern development standards and best practices

Your Responsibilities:

• Full-stack Development: Design, develop, enhance, and maintain scalable web applications and software solutions using modern Microsoft technologies and frameworks.
  


• Architecture & Design: Contribute to planning and designing microservices and event-driven architectures to support scalable and high-performing systems.
  


• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, QA engineers, product stakeholders, and technical leads to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.
  


• Database Optimization: Develop and optimize SQL queries, database structures, and application performance for efficiency and scalability.
  


• Cloud & DevOps Support: Contribute to cloud-based deployments and development processes within AWS environments and CI/CD pipelines.
  


• AI-Assisted Development: Utilize AI-assisted coding and productivity tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies to improve development efficiency and documentation quality.
  


• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot technical issues, debug applications, and provide effective solutions across the software development lifecycle.
  


• Communication: Clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  


• Quality & Standards: Ensure applications follow coding standards, development frameworks, and best practices while maintaining high attention to detail.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.


• At least 8-10 years of experience working with Microsoft technology stacks.


• At least 3–5 years of hands-on experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core and C#.


• Strong experience with Angular development.


• Experience with microservices and event-driven architecture.


• Strong SQL database development and query optimization skills.


• Experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS).


• Experience with Entity Framework / EF Core.


• Experience with containerization technologies.


• Familiarity with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.


• Experience working in Agile development environments.


• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.


• Detail-oriented with a proactive and action-focused mindset.


• Ability to work collaboratively within distributed and cross-functional teams.


• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
