Accountabilities
As a Senior Performance Creative Strategist, you will own creative direction and performance strategy across multiple client accounts. You will use research, data analysis, and creative expertise to develop compelling campaigns, improve results, and guide teams toward stronger creative execution.
- Lead creative strategy and messaging development across multiple paid social accounts, from initial briefs through final execution.
- Conduct performance-driven research and analyze advertising data, competitor activity, and market trends to identify optimization opportunities.
- Develop high-performing creative concepts based on consumer insights, audience behavior, and platform dynamics.
- Create and refine copywriting frameworks, messaging strategies, and storytelling approaches that drive engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with design, editing, and media buying teams to ensure creative alignment throughout campaign development.
- Translate performance metrics and qualitative feedback into actionable creative improvements.
- Present creative concepts, strategic recommendations, and campaign directions clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor emerging trends, cultural shifts, and new creative formats to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Mentor junior creatives by sharing knowledge, improving strategic thinking, and supporting professional development.
- Help establish best practices for performance creative processes and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a creative strategist with strong performance marketing experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to combine creative intuition with data-driven decision-making. You should have experience developing digital-first content and guiding creative strategies that generate measurable business outcomes.
- Proven experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, digital advertising, or related fields.
- Exceptional writing and copywriting skills, particularly for short-form, digital-first, and conversion-focused content.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, messaging strategy, and performance-driven campaigns.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior, brand storytelling, and paid social platforms.
