This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter (Contractor) based in Brazil.
You will join a high-velocity, mission-driven talent acquisition environment focused on identifying and hiring exceptional talent across technical and cross-functional roles. In this role, you will operate in a fully remote, globally distributed team, partnering closely with hiring managers to build strong recruiting pipelines and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes at speed. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and outreach to closing candidates, while ensuring an excellent candidate experience at every stage. The role requires strong analytical ability, structured execution, and comfort operating in fast-changing, high-growth environments. You will play a key part in improving hiring processes, strengthening sourcing strategies, and driving data-informed decisions. This is a highly impactful position where speed, ownership, and precision directly contribute to organizational success.
Accountabilities:
You will be responsible for driving end-to-end technical recruiting processes, building high-quality talent pipelines, and ensuring fast, structured, and data-driven hiring outcomes across multiple roles.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles, from sourcing to offer stage.
- Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier technical talent.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, align expectations, and refine hiring strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines using sourcing tools, outreach strategies, and market research.
- Analyze recruiting metrics and funnel performance to optimize sourcing effectiveness and conversion rates.
- Deliver a strong candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and structured follow-ups.
- Conduct structured candidate screenings and evaluate technical and behavioral fit.
- Continuously improve recruiting workflows, tools, and processes to increase efficiency and hiring speed.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market data and hiring trends.
- Operate with urgency and ownership in a fast-paced, high-change environment.
Requirements:
You should bring strong experience in technical recruiting within high-growth environments, with proven ability to source, assess, and close top engineering and technical talent.
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in high-growth or US-based tech environments.
- Proven success in hiring for hard-to-fill technical roles using advanced sourcing and outreach strategies.
- Strong ability to analyze recruiting data, conversion metrics, and market insights to guide decisions.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in fast-paced, distributed environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to build trust with hiring teams.
- Ability to quickly understand new roles, technologies, and hiring requirements.
- High level of persistence, organization, and results-driven execution.
- Experience working with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
- Comfort working in remote, async-first, globally distributed teams.
- Strong adaptability and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, evolving environments.
