SEO Content Specialist (AI-Enabled) - Bilingual ENG - SPN/POR

We’re looking for an SEO & AEO Specialist to manage and execute our organic search strategy across traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven search experiences. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, covering content creation, optimization, publishing, and performance improvement—ensuring our content ranks and is selected as the answer in modern search environments.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to create, optimize, and scale high-quality SEO content
• Edit and refine AI-generated drafts to ensure clarity, accuracy, authority, and natural tone
• Conduct keyword and question-based research aligned with search and AI intent
• Structure content to be answer-first, scannable, and easily extractable by search engines and AI systems
• Optimize content for featured snippets, FAQs, AI summaries, and voice search
• Audit existing content for keyword alignment, structure, internal linking, and optimization opportunities
• Execute on-page SEO best practices including metadata, headers, URLs, and internal linking
• Create and optimize FAQs, definitions, comparisons, and step-by-step content
• Implement and maintain structured data (FAQ, HowTo, Article, Author schema)
• Publish and manage content on WordPress sites including blogs, landing pages, and location pages
• Support topical authority and entity trust through content clustering and internal linking strategies
• Monitor organic and AI-driven search performance to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing and web teams on SEO- and AEO-driven content strategies

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• At least 2 years of experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role
• Experience with SEO content writing and on-page optimization
• Strong understanding of on-page SEO, content optimization, and keyword intent
• Experience working with WordPress, SquareSpace, or similar web-hosting services
• Understanding of keyword intent, headers, metadata, and internal linking
• Understanding of how content is surfaced in featured snippets, FAQs, and AI-generated answers
• Familiarity with structured content, internal linking, and topical authority concepts
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for content creation and optimization
• Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
• Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer

Technical Requirements:

• Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
• Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
• Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
• Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
