Role Overview

We are seeking an SEO Strategist to lead the SEO efforts for Pearl Talent’s internal marketing initiatives. This individual will shape and execute SEO strategies to drive traffic, build brand visibility, and support Pearl Talent’s growth objectives. You will work alongside our growth marketing team to ensure that our content, both organic and AI-driven, is optimized for maximum reach and engagement.

Your Impact

Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase website traffic, brand visibility, and lead generation.

Stay updated on AI-driven trends in SEO and integrate these innovations into Pearl’s SEO workflows.

Use analytics and reporting to track the performance of SEO campaigns, making data-driven decisions to improve results.

Work closely with content associate to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into all content initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution

• Lead SEO strategy development aligned with Pearl Talent’s business goals, ensuring measurable growth across search platforms.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize site architecture.
• Leverage AI-driven tools and innovations (such as AEO, GEO, and machine learning models) to enhance Pearl Talent’s SEO performance.

Content Optimization & Distribution

• Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-rich content that resonates with our target audience.
• Optimize on-page content, including headlines, meta descriptions, alt text, and internal linking, to improve rankings and user engagement.
• Ensure that SEO strategies are integrated into blog posts, articles, landing pages, and other content formats across all channels.

Technical SEO

• Oversee technical SEO audits to ensure site health, fixing issues related to crawlability, indexing, and site speed.
• Optimize structured data, site maps, and other technical SEO components to boost site performance across search engines.
• Collaborate with developers to implement SEO improvements and ensure technical best practices are followed.

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor key performance metrics, including traffic, rankings, conversions, and other SEO KPIs.
• Provide clear, actionable insights from SEO data to improve strategies and achieve business objectives.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine SEO efforts, ensuring continuous optimization of meta tags, titles, and content strategies.

Must-Have:

• 3+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record in both strategy and execution.
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Experience with AI-driven search technologies and SEO tools (AEO, GEO, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting SEO findings and strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong technical knowledge, including experience with HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with programmatic SEO and automation tools.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Webflow or WordPress.
• Understanding of performance marketing and how SEO integrates with other digital marketing channels.
