Service Analyst

Mortgage Cadence is a leading provider of cloud-based digital lending solutions, delivering a modern, end-to-end Loan Origination System (LOS) that supports lenders across the full mortgage lifecycle. The Mortgage Cadence Platform (MCP) enables lenders to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance borrower experiences through automation and seamless integrations.

The Services Analyst plays a key role in managing integrations between MCP and third-party service providers. This role bridges business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring integrations are accurate, efficient, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the full lifecycle of vendor integrations
• Configure and support integrations using APIs and platform tools
• Define and maintain data mappings
• Execute testing (UAT, validation, regression)
• Troubleshoot integration issues
• Support vendor onboarding and communication
• Gather and document business and technical requirements
• Maintain integration documentation

• 3–6+ years experience in integrations, business analysis, or similar
• Experience with APIs (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)
• Experience with tools like Postman
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Experience with testing methodologies (UAT, validation)
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Experience working cross-functionally
• Vendor management experience preferred
• Mortgage or LOS experience is a plus
