Objectives


As Social Media Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our digital presence in Brazil and Argentina. Your mission is to create impactful strategies, produce viral content, and build an active community around RedotPay, driving brand awareness, user acquisition, and loyalty within the crypto ecosystem.


 


Key Responsibilities


Digital Strategy: Develop and execute multi-platform content plans (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube) tailored to Brazilian and Argentinian audiences. Ensure social media strategies and campaigns are fully aligned with RedotPay global brand standards, messaging frameworks, and business objectives through regular calls with Asia-based teams.


 


Content Creation: Produce authentic and innovative content (videos, posts, Reels, Stories, infographics, tutorials) that showcase RedotPay’s products in real-world contexts — explaining features, demonstrating use cases, and engaging directly with local audiences (addressing specific local market needs and cultural nuances). Content must be visually compelling, interactive, and designed to maximize reach and trust.


 


Content Pipeline and Scheduling: Build and manage a structured content calendar covering the full lifecycle — ideation, planning, production, publishing, and post-performance tracking. Ensure consistent delivery, adherence to deadlines, and visibility across all channels.


 


Analytics & Optimization: Drive measurable growth by leveraging analytics to identify high-impact opportunities. Focus on optimizing strategies to drive results on social media, ensuring all efforts are accountable, data-validated, and result-focused.


 


Community Management: Moderate channels, respond promptly to comments and inquiries, identify and collaborate with local influencers, and foster high-quality discussions that build trust and strengthen the RedotPay community.


 


Creative & Technical Expertise: Demonstrate advanced proficiency in professional editing and design tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Canva (Pro), CapCut, After Effects, and similar platforms. Ensure all content meets professional standards of quality, creativity, and brand consistency.


 


Ownership & Initiative: Approach the role with an entrepreneurial mindset — contributing original ideas, taking initiative as if managing one’s own project, and proactively suggesting improvements to strengthen brand presence and accelerate growth.


 


Requirements



  • 3–5+ years in social media management for fintech, cryptocurrency, technology, or digital-first brands.

  • Proven portfolio of successful content strategies (organic and paid) with measurable growth in user engagement, community building, or lead acquisition.

  • Experience working with Brazilian, Argentinian or LATAM audiences (must).

  • Solid knowledge of cryptocurrency, stablecoins, or digital payments (Plus).

  • Strong creativity to transform complex fintech/crypto concepts into accessible, authentic, and viral content (Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, TikToks).

  • Advanced proficiency in content creation and editing tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Canva (Pro), CapCut, and similar software.

  • Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, enabling effective communication and coordination with global and regional teams.
