This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Success Manager - AMER in Brazil.
As a Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and compliant global onboarding experience for clients and their employees. You will guide clients through the employment process, provide clear explanations of international hiring requirements, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the employee lifecycle. This position requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to maintain accurate data, resolve service issues, and support process improvements. You will manage multiple onboarding projects across time zones, delivering high-quality, timely communication while championing continuous improvement. Your role directly impacts client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the adoption of best practices in global HR management. The environment is fast-paced, remote-first, and highly collaborative, with opportunities to influence process and product enhancements.

Accountabilities:

    • Oversee the end-to-end onboarding experience for a portfolio of employees, ensuring all steps are completed accurately and on time
    • Explain global employment requirements, collect necessary documentation, and coordinate with third-party partners for compliance
    • Maintain accurate records and data within internal platforms, ensuring consistency and compliance across jurisdictions
    • Proactively manage service issues, collaborating with internal teams and partners to resolve challenges efficiently
    • Provide clients with updates and guidance throughout the onboarding process, leveraging EOR expertise
    • Gather user feedback to inform product and process improvements, and stay up-to-date on platform changes
    • Support offboarding processes when employment ends, ensuring seamless transitions
    • Requirements:
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or HR operations within HR Tech SaaS or global payroll/EOR environments
    • Knowledge of Employer of Record (EOR) processes and global HR compliance
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple onboardings across global time zones
    • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate challenges and implement solutions independently
    • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal), with the ability to adapt messaging to multiple audiences
    • Empathetic, collaborative, and capable of building strong relationships with clients and internal teams
    • Ability to work autonomously while engaging effectively with a remote, distributed team
