This role focuses on providing technical leadership and driving excellence across cloud-based projects within a fast-growing technology organization. You will act as a technical reference for the team, ensuring high-quality deliverables, adherence to best practices, and the implementation of effective solutions. The position requires hands-on involvement in cloud operations, continuous improvement initiatives, and incident management while mentoring and guiding team members. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions, participate in strategic discussions, and contribute to the evolution of cloud environments. Accountabilities
- Ensure technical quality and adherence to best practices across all project deliveries
- Serve as a technical reference, providing guidance and support in resolving complex problems
- Direct and mentor the team, fostering continuous development and growth
- Translate client needs into effective technical solutions and participate in technical meetings
- Support incident management, crisis resolution, and escalation processes
- Ensure timely delivery of tasks according to SLAs, SLOs, and agreed priorities
- Contribute to backlog prioritization, technical process improvements, and automation initiatives
- Maintain technical documentation and operational governance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including managers and other business units
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Technical Leader, or technical reference in technology teams
- Solid experience in 24x7 operational environments
- Strong knowledge of AWS environments, including Well-Architected Framework and key AWS services
- Hands-on experience with incident, problem, and change management (GMUD)
- Familiarity with SLA/SLO management and compliance
- Ability to assess, guide, and validate technical solutions
- Experience in client-facing technical support and meetings
- Strong communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Data-driven, hands-on, and up-to-date with cloud and DevOps innovations
