This is an opportunity to support the implementation of accounting software solutions for clients across Brazil.
The role combines technology, accounting processes, customer interaction, and technical problem-solving.
You will configure systems according to each client’s tax and labor-related requirements and operational routines.
You will also train users and help resolve questions and business-rule challenges throughout implementation projects.
The position is well suited to someone who enjoys technology and can communicate technical concepts clearly.
You will work remotely in a collaborative environment focused on learning, process improvement, and customer success.

Accountabilities:
- Lead the implementation of peripheral products associated with accounting software, ensuring configurations are aligned with each client’s operational requirements.
- Parameterize systems according to the specific tax, labor, and accounting processes of each customer.
- Deliver clear and practical training sessions, helping clients understand the tools and make effective use of them in their daily routines.
- Diagnose operational questions and business-rule issues that arise during implementation projects and support their resolution.
- Analyze client processes and adapt system configurations to specific operational needs, ensuring a smooth implementation experience.
- Collaborate with customers throughout implementation, translating technical concepts into accessible and actionable guidance.
Requirements:
- Completed or ongoing education in Accounting, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Previous experience with system implementation.
- Strong communication and teaching skills, with the ability to explain technical subjects clearly to different audiences.
- Intermediate computer skills and a genuine interest in technology, innovation, and the evolution of accounting processes.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with initiative, analytical thinking, and a strong willingness to solve problems and improve processes.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a customer-focused approach during implementation activities.
- Experience with ERP platforms or accounting management software is a plus.
- Familiarity with the Domínio system is desirable, as is experience with system integrations and APIs.
- Previous experience providing technical support remotely or in person is an advantage.
- Ability to understand and adapt systems to the specific routines and requirements of different customers is highly valued.
