Accountabilities:
As a Video Producer, you will be responsible for developing engaging video content from concept to final delivery, ensuring strong storytelling, visual quality, and alignment with editorial standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform ideas and source material into content that resonates with audiences across digital channels.
- Produce high-quality short-form and long-form video content for social media and digital platforms.
- Review raw footage, identify compelling moments, and structure narratives with strong pacing and audience retention.
- Collaborate with writers, editors, and social media teams to adapt stories into effective visual formats.
- Enhance videos through motion graphics, subtitles, B-roll, music, transitions, and visual effects.
- Maintain consistency in visual style, branding, and editorial quality across all video productions.
- Organize and manage video assets, project files, and production workflows efficiently.
- Deliver polished content within strict deadlines, including during breaking news cycles and major events.
- Monitor emerging trends, platform updates, and audience behaviors to improve content performance.
- Explore creative tools and automation solutions to optimize production processes.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a creative and detail-oriented video professional with experience producing digital content and a strong understanding of storytelling techniques. You should be comfortable working independently while collaborating with distributed teams in a fast-paced media environment.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in video production, preferably within digital media, entertainment, journalism, or publishing.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and working knowledge of After Effects, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, pacing, and techniques that improve audience engagement.
- Experience creating content optimized for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and other social channels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing polished, high-quality content.
- Familiarity with social media analytics, platform optimization, and digital audience behaviors is a plus.
- Experience using AI-powered creative tools or workflow automation solutions is an advantage.
- Interest or experience in royalty, celebrity, entertainment, or lifestyle content is preferred.
