This is a hands-on web development role focused on transforming high-fidelity design concepts into fully functional, production-ready WordPress websites.
You will work at the intersection of design and development, ensuring that visual intent is accurately translated into responsive, performant, and accessible digital experiences.
The role requires strong attention to detail, as you will refine layouts, spacing, typography, and interactions to elevate overall UI quality.
You will collaborate closely with design and product teams to bring a new website vision to life, with opportunities to influence UX improvements.
Beyond implementation, you will contribute to technical decisions around structure, plugins, and optimization strategies.

Accountabilities:
- Translate high-fidelity designs (including Framer-based layouts) into fully functional WordPress websites with strong visual fidelity and usability.
- Implement responsive, mobile-first interfaces ensuring consistency across devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
- Enhance UI quality by refining spacing, typography, alignment, and micro-interactions for a polished user experience.
- Develop and maintain WordPress themes, integrate plugins, and ensure a clean and scalable codebase.
- Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and accessibility following best practices and modern web standards.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to provide feedback and contribute to UI/UX improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience building and customizing WordPress websites from design specifications (portfolio required).
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Experience with WordPress theme development and plugin integration.
- Strong design sensibility with the ability to accurately translate and refine UI designs.
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and website performance optimization techniques.
- Bonus: experience working with Framer or similar design-to-development workflows.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in remote, cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality user experiences.
