This role sits at the intersection of research, analytics, and content creation within the Web3 ecosystem, with a strong focus on the North American crypto market. You will be responsible for turning complex on-chain data, market trends, and ecosystem activity into clear, actionable insights and engaging narratives. The position blends analytical rigor with storytelling, supporting strategic decision-making and growth initiatives across a fast-evolving blockchain environment. You will collaborate closely with global teams, founders, and ecosystem contributors while also engaging in offline events and community activations. A key part of the role involves translating technical and data-heavy findings into accessible content for broader audiences. This is a highly autonomous, impact-driven position for individuals who are active in crypto communities and passionate about research-led storytelling. It also offers exposure to high-profile events and opportunities to build a strong personal brand in the industry.
Accountabilities
- Conduct in-depth research on ecosystem activity, on-chain data, market trends, and partner projects to generate actionable insights for growth and strategy.
- Produce high-quality written and visual content based on research findings, tailored for social channels and community engagement.
- Support internal teams with data-driven insights that inform campaigns, strategic decisions, and ecosystem development initiatives.
- Participate in offline events, meetups, and industry gatherings to gather insights, connect with ecosystem builders, and strengthen community intelligence.
- Contribute to content initiatives aimed at expanding awareness and engagement within the North American Web3 ecosystem.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in research, data analysis, content creation, or similar roles within crypto, Web3, or technology ecosystems.
- Strong ability to analyze on-chain data, market trends, and community signals using relevant research tools and methodologies.
- Proven experience translating complex technical or analytical findings into clear, engaging, and accessible content.
- Active presence in crypto/Web3 communities, particularly on platforms such as X, with demonstrated engagement and thought sharing.
- Comfortable participating in offline events and interacting directly with founders, builders, and ecosystem stakeholders.
- Strong curiosity, attention to detail, and ability to operate independently in fast-paced, decentralized environments.
