As an Safety Technician, you will act as a strategic partner to business areas, supporting the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Occupational Health and Safety programs. In this role, you will help strengthen a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and corporate requirements.
You will work closely with internal teams across the Tetra Pak site as well as field service and project teams, providing guidance and support to promote safe behaviors, effective risk management, and operational excellence. Your contribution will be essential in protecting employees, contractors, and customers while driving continuous improvement in safety performance.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who enjoys balancing strategic and operational responsibilities, influencing stakeholders at different levels, and acting as a champion for safety culture. The role offers exposure to a wide range of operations, audits, projects, and multidisciplinary teams.
This position is based in Monte Mor-SP, Brazil.
Frequent travel (20% of the time) will be required to support field activities, customer sites, and operational teams.
