About the Role : 



Sales



  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive participation and sponsorship sales across key markets.

  • Identify, engage, and close deals with operators, affiliates, suppliers, and other industry stakeholders.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to enc

  • ourage repeat business.

  • Negotiate sponsorship packages, exhibition spaces, and partnership agreements.

  • Represent SiGMA at international conferences and networking events (travel required).

  • Stay informed on industry trends to tailor sales pitches and inform event strategy.


 


Client Success



  • Own the client relationship after the deal is closed, ensuring smooth handover and execution.

  • Use HubSpot to manage deliverables, timelines, and communication across departments.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, production) to ensure sponsorship benefits are delivered as agreed.

  • Collect client assets, track deadlines, and provide ongoing support leading up to and during the event.

  • Act as the client’s main point of contact for all post-sale queries and ensure their satisfaction throughout the event cycle.
