Sales and Business Development Representative

Your Role

Bring your curiosity to work as our next Channel Development & Retail Execution Specialist. You will be part of our Pressure commercial team (PAD), reporting to the National Sales Manager. In this role, your mission is to strengthen the selling capability of our reseller network and the presence of the Pressure brand at the point of sale, turning training, product display and field intelligence into measurable commercial results. You will contribute directly to how we create high-quality products and solutions for our customers.

This is a national role with no sales territory of its own: you will work side by side with our regional sales managers and our network of 44 sales representatives, taking ownership of channel execution activities that drive sell-out.

Your day-to-day:

• Train reseller sales teams on the Pressure portfolio, product application, value selling and competitive comparison, including seller certification.


• Lead product launch follow-through and in-store activations (Pressure Store Day, demonstrations), ensuring display readiness and adoption.


• Assess and improve point-of-sale execution: product visibility, strategic mix, POS materials, availability and demonstration readiness.


• Support priority accounts and portfolio growth opportunities (e.g., Two Stage line), routing leads and competitive insights to the responsible representative and manager.


• Execute a monthly action backlog approved with sales management, with baseline, target and evidence of impact for every action.


• Act as business backup for the commercial team during vacation periods, ensuring continuity with customers and representatives.

Your skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related fields.


• Experience in channel development, trade marketing, sales training/enablement or commercial roles with indirect sales (resellers/distributors).


• Experience in industrial, tools or durable goods markets; knowledge of air compressors is a plus.


• Strong presentation and training skills, with the ability to engage reseller sales teams and store staff.


• Data-driven mindset: comfortable tracking KPIs (sales, mix, execution) using Excel/Power BI and CRM tools.


• Proactive, hands-on profile with a strong field presence (feet on the street) and availability for frequent national travel.


• English is considered a plus.

Your job location:

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our office in Barueri, Brazil (BR). Due to its national scope, the role requires frequent travel to customers and resellers across Brazil.
