We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Designer to bring our offering to life through sharp, effective, and on-brand visual design.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality, visually impactful designs under tight deadlines while working independently and collaboratively. Partnering closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams, you’ll create content that drives customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing Collateral

· Design visually impactful landing pages for sales campaigns and product demos.

· Create high-converting assets including pitch decks, case studies, and marketing documents.

· Translate data and narratives into compelling visuals, infographics, and presentations.

· Develop event materials like invitations, banners, and brochures.

· Design social media assets that support campaign goals.

· Ensure all materials align with brand standards and are optimised for clarity, conversion, and consistency.

· Produce prototypes and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.

· Maintain and update website design to ensure visual and brand consistency.

Brand & Visual Identity

· Contribute to the evolution of the brand identity across digital and print channels.

· Apply existing templates or create new ones aligned with brand guidelines.

· Ensure consistent application of brand standards across all touchpoints.

Cross-Team Design Support

· Participate in design brainstorming sessions, offering input from a visual and communication perspective.

· Support sales, marketing, and customer success teams with quick-turnaround design tasks.

· Help bring stories and data to life through infographics, visuals, and presentations.

· Maintain and update design systems and libraries in Figma and our database.

What You Bring

Must-Haves:

· 2+ years of hands-on experience in a design role focused on marketing/sales content (experience in SaaS or tech is a plus).

· Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field is preferred.

· Additional certifications in graphic, brand, or UX design are a bonus.

· A portfolio showcasing standout graphic and brand design projects.

· Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); After Effects or video editing skills are a strong plus.

· Deep understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, branding, image editing, and responsive web design.

· Exceptional attention to detail – pixel-perfect execution is your standard.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Soft Skills

· Excellent communication and cross team collaboration skills.

· Creative problem-solving abilities.

· Attention to detail and a goal-focused mindset.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.

Bonus Skills:

· Familiarity with After Effects, motion design, and video editing.

· Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (not required, but helpful for collaboration).
