This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sales & Operations Manager in Brazil.
The Sales & Operations Manager will oversee both client-facing sales and operational processes, ensuring seamless execution from lead generation to service delivery. This role combines commercial ownership with operational coordination, providing the opportunity to manage end-to-end sales cycles, strengthen key client relationships, and optimize internal workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality service while driving revenue growth. Accountabilities:

    • Manage inbound and outbound leads through structured sales processes, from initial contact to deal closure.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key accounts, serving as their primary point of contact.
    • Lead negotiations, follow-ups, and commercial discussions to achieve revenue targets.
    • Coordinate customer requirements internally and externally to ensure smooth operational execution.
    • Maintain CRM data, pipeline tracking, and pricing coordination for transparency and efficiency.
    • Collaborate with operations teams, carriers, and external partners to align expectations and resolve issues.
    • Ensure accurate handover of closed deals to operations for seamless fulfillment.
    • Identify opportunities to improve sales efficiency, customer retention, and operational workflows.
    • Take ownership of ad-hoc sales and operational initiatives in a dynamic startup environment.
    • Requirements:
    • Proven experience in sales and key account management, preferably in B2B, logistics, automotive, SaaS, or marketplace environments.
    • Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently, including outreach, follow-ups, negotiation, and closing.
    • Fluent in English, and fluent Spanish and/or Portuguese.
    • Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
    • Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
    • Comfortable working fully remote in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
    • Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach.
    • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
