Sales and Support Representative / Full-Time / Remote

As Whizz continues its expansion, we are augmenting our Remote Sales & Support team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring an exceptional customer experience. We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a strong aptitude for sales and customer support.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage a high volume of outbound calls to warm leads.
• Proactively furnish detailed information regarding our electric bikes, and facilitate appointment and delivery arrangements.
• Utilize effective selling techniques to convert prospective customers into clients.
• Diligently address and resolve concerns and objections from existing customers, thereby ensuring their satisfaction.

• C2 level fluency in English, as daily communication with native speakers is a core component of this role.
• A minimum of one year of experience in a sales position.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Availability to adhere to the New York time zone schedule (9 am - 6 pm New York Time).
• Demonstrated exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills.
