Key Responsibilities of the New Team Member

• Business Opportunity Identification
  Proactively identify business opportunities through primarily private procurement web portals. This activity addresses current bandwidth limitations of the core team and has already generated over €500K in annual business, opening previously untapped channels.


• Validation and Qualification of Physician Data (IQVIA Database)
  Lead the validation and qualification of physician data sourced from the IQVIA database to support the commercial team in Brazil. Activities include direct outreach to hospitals, LinkedIn research, and other verification methods to eliminate outdated information. This work enhances sales force efficiency by ensuring accurate targeting and maximizing the productivity of field visits. All processes are managed through Salesforce in close coordination with the commercial team.


• Sales Data Analysis and Insights Generation
  Support the extraction and analysis of sales data from Salesforce and SAP, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of commercial performance, activity levels, and return on sales. This includes generating insights to support strategic decision-making.

Additional Responsibilities (Potential Expansion of Role)

• Support for Gamunex to Intratect Transition
  Provide operational and analytical support during the transition from Gamunex to Intratect, ensuring continuity and alignment across stakeholders.


• Tender Support (Brazil and Chile)
  Support tender management activities in Brazil and Chile, particularly in the context of a potential restructuring of the LATAM tender organization. Over time, this role could expand to provide broader support across the LATAM region.
