1. POSITION SUMMARY

Working as a specialist consultant with the medical community in order to promote the dissemination of available therapeutic options, as well as position Celltrion Healthcare as a reference company in the production of biological medicines.

2. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for medical visitation, sales and generation of demand for products within the region of operation.
  • Participate in negotiations, being responsible for the entire sales process.
  • Strategically manage the territory's main accounts, monitoring stocks, possible stockouts and discounts practiced with promoted products, taking actions to reach/exceed goals.
  • Keeping the medical CRM tool updated, ensuring the presence of potential health professionals on the visitation panel.
  • Advanced knowledge of the market (competitors, clients and Patient Journey) and of the main accounts and clients, sharing information with internal areas, proposing new ideas, actions and projects that increase the demand for our products;
  • Working as a specialized consultant to interested parties (doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, clinics, institutions... etc), influencing the decision-making process.
  • Analyze the product/customer performance through available reports and other sources of information;
  • Conceive, propose, promote and plan scientific events and promotions together with the marketing/medical areas, suggesting speakers and themes, aiming to contribute to the scientific update of interested parties, expanding understanding about products, pathology and access to treatment.
  • Following all legal and pharmacovigilance norms and procedures defined by the company in its technical-commercial relationship actions.

3. WORK EXPERIENCE
At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry.

Experience in Gastroenterology and Rheumatology preferred.

4. SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
Excellent verbal and written communication

Intermediate/Advanced English

Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel

5. EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Pharmacy or Business.

Postgraduate course preferred.          

6. CORE COMPETENCES

 Proactive, planner, results-oriented and excellent interpersonal relationship.
