Descrição do Emprego - Sales Development Representative


THE WORK:


As a Senior SDR for the Latin America region, you will act as a strategic partner to Sales Directors, focusing on Payments, Collection, Custody, and Stablecoin. This is a high-autonomy role responsible for defining and delivering the top-of-funnel strategy. The Senior SDR will be responsible for handling leads and converting them into real business opportunities through sophisticated sales campaigns and professional cold calling.


WHAT YOU’LL DO:



  • Strategic Pipeline Generation Management: Manage your outbound strategy like a business. Proactively analyze the market to prioritize accounts and build your own roadmap to hit quota without waiting for daily directives.

  • Campaign Architecture: Go beyond simple execution; collaborate with Marketing to build and refine target campaigns that drive new Payments, Collection, and Custody leads.

  • High-Level Market Intelligence: Act as the "eyes and ears" of the market. Support Product and Product Marketing by identifying target personas and synthesizing complex market feedback to build our product roadmap.

  • Sophisticated Outreach: Complete Account-Based Sales (ABS) strategies. Engage senior partners at target accounts through highly personalized, multi-channel outreach (email, phone, social) rather than high-volume generic blasting.

  • Event Strategy and Representation: Represent Ripple at key industry events to identify strategic sales opportunities and build high-level networks.

  • Pipeline Integrity: Lead the accuracy of your pipeline in Salesforce. Ensure data integrity not just for reporting, but to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.




WHAT YOU'LL BRING: 





  • 3+ years of successful sales or business development experience, specifically in Enterprise Software or B2B Fintechs.

  • Low-Maintenance / High-Autonomy: A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can navigate complex internal and external environments with minimal hand-holding.

  • Strategic Problem Solver: Ability to understand complex financial products (Ripple Prime, Treasury) and articulate value propositions to C-level executives.

  • Fast Learner and Adaptable: Proven ability to quickly master growing product suites and pivot strategies based on market response.

  • Tech and Methodology Savvy: Deep proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) and intelligence tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).

  • Communication Mastery: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English (Required); Spanish is highly preferred.
