Our core product, meshcapade.me, is an online platform for the creation, animation, and use of 3D digital humans. With our AI platform, we are pioneering advancements in 3D animation and motion capture through cutting-edge generative AI models. Our technology enables game developers to bring highly realistic, customizable animations to life, streamlining production and pushing creative boundaries. We’re on a mission to provide game studios with the world’s best generative models for 3D motion generation and capture, supporting projects from indie creations to blockbuster games.

Meshcapade was founded in 2018 by Naureen Mahmood, Talha Zaman and Michael J. Black. We are a remote-first company, with our headquarters in the picturesque town of Tübingen, Germany, surrounded by nature at the edge of the famous Black Forest, where fairytales come from!

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on high-value partnerships within the gaming industry. This role will play a crucial part in scaling our 3D animation platform’s presence with leading game studios, growing trial and introductory accounts into significant, lasting partnerships. If you have a proven track record of securing substantial deals in the gaming sector and thrive on building relationships with top-tier clients, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and Expand Accounts: Actively engage with and nurture relationships with top gaming companies, converting existing small trial engagements into substantial partnerships.

  • Drive Sales and Growth: Run Proof of Concepts (PoCs), strategize, and close high-value deals to meet aggressive sales targets. You'll be expected to work hands-on and persistently with clients until goals are met.

  • Build Client Relationships: Work closely with clients’ decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their needs, educate them on our 3D animation capabilities, and build rapport to secure long-term partnerships.

  • Collaborate with Product and Support Teams: Collaborate with our product and technical teams to ensure our offering aligns with the unique needs of each partner, identifying and troubleshooting any blockers to adoption.

  • Achieve Revenue Targets: Drive revenue growth by achieving 10-100x increases in sales from existing gaming customers, with a clear focus on expanding accounts and scaling subscriptions.

  • Proven experience in sales or business development within the gaming industry, especially in SaaS, 3D technology, animation, or motion capture solutions.

  • Strong network in the gaming industry with key contacts among game studios and publishers.

  • Demonstrated success in closing six-figure or higher deals and managing complex sales cycles with large gaming companies.

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to influence key stakeholders at various levels.

  • Hands-on, results-oriented approach, with an ability to work independently and drive initiatives to completion.

  • Competitive salary based on experience plus performance-based commission.
