Position: Sales Latam (Markets: Brasil-Colombia- Ecuador)

 

Location: Brasil

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

Contribute to the sustainable growth of SILVERSEA Containers by creating strong and lasting relationships with our clients based on trust, innovation, and mutual success, aligning with our vision of being global leaders in container solutions and our mission to provide tailored and high-quality services, meeting our customers needs.

 

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Prospecting and Acquiring New Clients:

  - Actively seek out and attract new clients within target market segments, utilizing various prospecting techniques and client acquisition strategies.

 

2. Client Relationship Management:

  - Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional and personalized service.

 

3. Consultative Selling:

  - Gain in-depth knowledge of SILVERSEA’s container products and services, including technical specifications, features, and applications. Leverage this knowledge to advise clients and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.

 

4. Market and Competitor Analysis:

  - Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, new business opportunities, and potential competitive threats. Use this information to adjust and refine sales strategies, ensuring a competitive advantage.

 

5. Participation in Marketing and Sales Strategies:

  - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales and marketing campaigns that enhance the visibility and appeal of SILVERSEA’s products and services.

 

6. Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

  - Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes and customer experiences, proposing and participating in initiatives that drive innovation and sustained success for SILVERSEA.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience: At least 4 years of professional experience in the sales sector, ideally in the container or logistics industry, with an existing network within the sector.

- Languages: Must Native or Professional Portuguese and Spanish or English.

- CRM: Medium

- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and team player.
