The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
Sales and Promotion:
-Promote and sell Kemipex products and brands such as LUBIMAX, EPOCURE, CARBIMAX, XONOX, MAXXPOL, etc. to achieve sales targets.
-Visit the existing and prospective customers regularly to promote Kemipex products.
-Provide product knowledge and technical information to customers.
-Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
-Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize product visibility and penetration in the market.
New Business Development:
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand company’s market share.
-Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
-Collaborate with business development and technical teams to develop strategies for targeting potential customers.
-Establish and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and prospects.
-Work closely with customers to obtain product approvals and certifications.
-Conduct product training and trials to showcase the features and benefits of Kemipex products.
-Attending training conducted by the Business Development & Technical teams to stay updated on product enhancements and innovations.
-Ensure that customers are well-informed about any new product developments.
Customer Relationship Management:
-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
-Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
-Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
-Ensure that customers are well-informed about any new product developments.
Reporting & Market Analysis:
-Regularly plan and update Weekly Sales Plan & Achievement document.
-Regularly update CRM reports on sales performance, customer visits, and action points.
-Provide accurate sales forecasts through pipeline and leads in the Sales Pipeline reports beginning of every month before the Way Forward meeting.
-Analyze market trends, competitor activities, customer feedback, and provide insights to the management through Monthly Reports.
-Prepare accurate Sales & Budget sheets for setting the targets for the next year.
Financial Management:
-Monitor and manage customer receivables to ensure timely payments.
-Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports in the Sales Pipeline
-Collaborate with the F&A department to address any billing or payment issues.
-Collaborate with F&A department for credit limit procedures and payment terms.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
-Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, logistics, customer support to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
-Collaborate with customer support & sample sales teams to ensure timely fulfilment of sample requests from the customers.
-Collaborate with procurement department and management with regular feedback on market scenario and prices.
-Work closely with the business development and technical teams for new products & technical documents such as TDS, COA, etc.
-Collaborate with admin/secretaries for Visa/Travel requirements and expense claims.
Trade Shows and Events:
-Represent Kemipex at industry trade shows, conferences, and events.
-Prepare Event Planning document with details such as plan of participation, cost of participation, and potential sales through participation to get budget approvals for attending the event.
-Coordinate the company's presence at exhibitions, including booth setup and promotional activities.
-Network with potential clients and industry professionals to expand the company's reach.
-Submit all the business cards to the business development coordinator after the event.
-Update CRM reports and action points after each event.
Training and Development of Subordinates
-Ensure the subordinate responsibilities are fulfilled on time.
-Conduct weekly meetings to assess the subordinate plan and performance.
- Incorporate the relevant information from the subordinate monthly reports in own reports.
- Stay informed about industry developments and share relevant information with colleagues.
-Mentor subordinates and contribute to their professional development.
-Set KPI’s and conduct performance reviews of the subordinates
