JoomPro is the first and only end-to-end cross-border B2B marketplace. It serves small, medium, and large businesses, handling orders of any size from start to finish. Today, JoomPro operates in Brazil and Mexico, with plans to expand into other markets.
JoomPro is one of the key businesses of Joom, an international tech-centric group of e-commerce companies founded in 2016 in Latvia. Joom Group also includes other businesses: Joom, a global cross-border marketplace; JoomPulse, an AI analytics tool for Mercado Livre sellers; and Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany. Joom Group has offices in Latvia, China, Portugal, Germany, and Brazil, with its headquarters in Lisbon, Portugal. We work as one international team, sharing knowledge and collaborating across countries, businesses and products.
Now we are looking for a Sales Operations Team Lead in Brazil who will oversee JoomPro sales workflow and ensure seamless post-sale deal management.
Responsibilities
Own the full JoomPro deal cycle — from process design to execution and ongoing control at each stage
Continuously improve and streamline existing operations
Collaborate closely with Logistics, Finance, and Procurement teams to ensure seamless cross-functional workflows
Lead quality control and post-sales operations, support sales processes
Introduce new processes to internal teams through trainings and demos
Manage and develop a team of two people
Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B sales operations, strong understanding of B2B sales processes and end-to-end workflows
Experience with CRM systems and Excel
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making, including evaluating and adopting the right sales technologies
Hands-on experience with post-sales process automation, including AI-powered tools
Strong project management skills with the ability to drive multiple workstreams simultaneously
Fluent Portuguese
Advanced English
