Our TPS team provides industry-leading products and services that optimize the production and processing of energy. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity. Our team looks at the development and creation of the future of energy technology products.

Take ownership for commercial strategy

You will be responsible for preparing proposals, with broad and complex scope, for our customers across North & Latin America.
You will be required to negotiate contracts; leading commercial compliance, risk assessment and contractual commitments.
You will lead the development of commercial solutions for parts, repairs and field service transactions.

As a Sales Senior Specialist you will be responsible for:

  • Develop proposals; May negotiate with customers; ensure deals deliver shareholder value; drive competitive pricing. May include compiling and submitting required tender documentation. 

  • May Oversee a small-mid team, consisting of Commercial Professionals and early career professionals. 

  • Handles products and systems require thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used. commercial processes require technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions. 

  • Uphold the integrity and oversee the governance of all commercial processes, policies and procedures. 

  • Promote the business value propositions of BH to customers and internal stakeholders, providing better customer experience through solution-based selling. 

  • Validate risk and reward balance, considering factors such as terms and conditions, technical risks, margin, security of payment. 

  • Manages complex commercial processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economic, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal. 

  • Handles diverse clients and commercial processes in North America and Latin America region. 

  • Department is involved in Big and Medium-sized sales and commercial process.

As a Senior Proposal Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Oversee a small-mid team, consisting of Commercial Operations Specialist and/or Commercial Operations Senior specialist. 

  • Develop proposals; May negotiate with customers; ensure deals deliver shareholder value; drive competitive pricing. May include compiling and submitting required tender documentation. 

  • Handles products and systems require thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used. commercial processes require technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:  

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. 

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in rotating equipment for Gas industry business 

  • Ideally 3+ years of experience in Sales and Commercial Roles (Preferred) 

  • English proficiency is mandatory 

  • Know that HSE, compliance and quality are each employee’s personal responsibility 

  • Ability to influence others and lead various-sized teams 

  • Proven leadership ability 

  • Strong oral and written communication skills. 

  • Strong Rotating Gas Technology equipment background 

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.  

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.  

  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.  

  • Ability to manage several medium-to-high profile projects simultaneously 

  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.  

  • Established project management skills. 

  • Experience with Commercial Tools, analytical systems and platforms like Deal Machine, BPM, ROP, OBP, Oracle.
