Salesforce Administrator

We are looking for a motivated Salesforce Administrator to work as an integral part of our Platform Tribe and will be working on a project basis in a multi-disciplinary team engaged in a wide range of Salesforce.com global projects . You will be part of the Operations Platform Squad, a team that is focused on provide a cohesive and scalable CRM platform , driving the best experience for our Salesforce users - and hence our merchants :)

In this role, you'll work alongside an international team of administrators and developers to ensure that all Cloud Services (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Contact Centers) are working according to our global business needs. Your dedication to collaborative problem-solving, innovative design, and delivering high-quality products will be crucial.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of enhancing processes and driving adoption through Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and the Force.com platform.

As a Salesforce Administrator, you'll closely engage with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify and implement new business processes across various domains including Onboarding, Payments, Verification, Risk, Finance, Logistic, and Sales.

This position builds a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders and leads them to the adoption of the best solution. Specifically, this role helps guide teams to successfully deliver the Salesforce-centric project.
