Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in CPQ solutions to join our team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions that support our revenue operations and product offerings.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Design and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions tailored to business needs;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and Product to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions;
• Develop custom components using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows;
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems and ensure data consistency;
• Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce configurations and workflows;
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices and drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies;
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality and standard adherence.

Essential Skills

• Experience in sales systems, preferably with Salesforce CPQ;
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong focus on CPQ (must have) and Service Cloud (nice to have);
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs;
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, CPQ Specialist) are highly desirable;
• Optimize and refactor existing Salesforce solutions to improve performance and scalability;
• Ensure data integrity and data security on the Salesforce platform;
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices;
• Advanced English for daily interaction with people from other countries.

Highly Desirable Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Revenue Lifecycle Management is a plus;
• Some expertise in administering Salesforce Service Cloud and related customer support technologies in an integrated landscape.
