Job Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce DevOps Engineer to join the IT department, focusing on supporting development teams with Salesforce DevOps processes and tools.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using Copado;
• Support development teams in delivering secure, well-tested, and high-quality code through automated pipelines and quality checks;
• Participate in architectural governance to ensure solutions conform to organizational standards and best practices;
• Oversee compliance checks, including static code analysis (e.g., using PMD);
• Collaborate with teams working across Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, Industries (Velocity), Data Cloud, and Field Service modules;
• Address challenges related to managed metadata, manual deployment steps, and evolving Salesforce features and licensing.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce platform and Copado for DevOps and CI/CD pipeline management;
• Experience with automated testing, code quality, and compliance tools (e.g., PMD, SonarQube);
• Familiarity with Salesforce Industries (Velocity), Data Cloud, and Field Service modules is a plus;
• Ability to work with evolving Salesforce features and adapt to new licensing and deployment requirements;
• Strong understanding of DevOps best practices and architectural standards in a Salesforce environment.

Highly Desirable Skills

• Experience supporting multiple development teams in a complex Salesforce ecosystem;
• Exposure to global teams and around-the-clock support models is beneficial.
