What you'll do:



  1. Work with the Sales Manager and team to develop and execute strategies to drive pipeline and close deals

  2. Collaborate with the Regional VAT to educate target accounts on the solution set and conduct account planning for strategic deals

  3. Engage at the C-Level with customers on their Transformation Strategy and creation of sales engagement on how SAP Business Transformation Management (Signavio, LeanIX, WalkMe, Syniti, Tricents) can support their goals

  4. Leverage extended resources through team selling and strategic collaboration

  5. Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about SAP Business Transformation Management (Signavio, LeanIX, WalkMe, Syniti, Tricents) products and services and their relation to marketplace and competitive offerings

  6. Prepare and deliver timely and accurate pipeline and sales forecasts

  7. Engage customers with presentation and demo skills to communicate the value of SAP Business Transformation Management (Signavio, LeanIX, WalkMe, Syniti, Tricents) offerings and their impact on business outcomes.


 


What you bring:



  1. Proven track record of building and developing a pipeline 

  2. Consistent overachievement against revenue targets 

  3. 5+ years of experience selling business software and/or IT solutions (cloud sales experience preferred)  

  4. Detailed knowledge of and passion for BPM/BPA applications 

  5. Strong operational and analytical abilities 

  6. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills 

  7. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills 

  8. Collaborative style and ability to work in a networked organization with virtual teams 

  9. Experience selling cloud-based enterprise applications  

  10. Experience selling to CXOs  

  11. Experience with web-based conferencing tools
