Descrição do Emprego - Sell Out Manager

Develop and execute Sell out strategies through the coordination of Retail Supervisors, Brow Bar Esthetician and Experts for the achievement of Commercial objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of Sell out strategies nationally through the coordination of Retail regional Supervisors, BBE and Experts for the achievement of Commercial objectives.
  • Review and approve the annual plan of Sell-Out by door, axis, top client, territory and for all channels with a clear defense and required explanations.
  • Review and approve the monthly agenda of Retail Regional Supervisors and guarantee to maximize the Sell-Out results among different territories in the country thanks to the right strategy by Region.
  • Lead and structure a robust training plan ensuring the necessary level of training and development focused on sales maximization, on the right company strategy and on Services business model development, both on Retail supervisors, BBE Experts career development and sales field team, following brand guidelines and company values.
  • Regularly follow-up with Retail Regional supervisors & BBE´s Experts on the field sales, Services & product cross-selling, grooming, formation, products etc ; challenging their schedule and performance and conducting regular sales and business reviews when necessary
  • Set quantitative and qualitative targets for Retail Regional supervisors & for BBE´s monitoring results on a monthly basis to validate bonus/commissions, providing reports on top clients and define the necessary action plans for each regions or POS;
  • Recruit, hire, coach and manage the direct team (Regional Supervisors & BBE´s) and third-party Sell-Out team (freelancers and off pay-roll) with agencies or related entity, together with Retail Regional Supervisors and Trainer
  • Structure, control and manage the entire expenses budget of Retail Regional Supervisors, BBE´s, freelancer, especially T&E, Sell-Out investments, off pay-roll and trainings across the country
  • Provide the necessary field information to Sales Executive and Sales Supervisor regarding stock of products, opportunities to develop new animations and events instore, testers and samples levels, novelties on-counter date, planogram and visuals updates, optimized assortment by retailer, anticipate out-of-stocks and overstock issues and its suggestion to figure out, together with Retail Supervisors
  • Responsible for the Retail Performance strategy and implementation of marketing company strategy.

Education: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar graduation.

Languages: Proficiency in Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus

Professional Experience & know how :

  • It is required to have a solid background in Sales/Commercial
  • Experience leading by example a high performance sales team, able to recognize individuals and team contributions and develop people to deliver excellence
  • Desirable good knowledge of administrative/ financial concepts
  • Ability to deal with clients at all levels, with the sensibility to understand and appreciate the subtitles of luxury goods having a clear focus at excellence in every decision/activity
  • It is important to demonstrate the ability to motivate and achieve results through others
  • Has the ability to interact with different areas, as Marketing and Finance.
  • Operates in many different contexts, in environment of complexity and ambiguity with creativity, with disruptive ideas.
  • Availability to travel as needed (30%)
