Descrição do Emprego - Senior Account Executive

What You'll Do:

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team. This
role is ideal for someone with a strong background in digital media sales across
direct and programmatic channels, a consultative approach to selling, and a
passion for building new business, with a particular focus on non-retail verticals.
The Senior AE will be responsible for driving revenue growth within an assigned
territory, with a primary focus on new business development. This person should
be comfortable operating in a fast-changing environment, engaging a range of
decision-makers, and partnering cross-functionally to bring opportunities to life.

  • Reach and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to overall team goals;

  • Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with advertising agencies and companies by phone;

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts business;

  • Develop relationships at all levels from CMO to Brand Managers;

  • Maximize customer retention through developing relationships with key accounts;

  • Identify and understand trends within industries, what makes a campaign successful and apply learning to help generate further new business;

  • Strong focus on being able to analyses data and use it to effectively grow the business;

Who You Are:

  • Portuguese and English all spoken and written;

  • Experience in online and/or off-line advertising marketing or direct marketing;

  • Strong track record of sales success driving revenue through discovering, prospecting, creating new business and growing and retaining existing business;

  • Strong negotiation, influencing skills and an ability to persuade at all levels of an agency or client;

  • Offer exceptional standards in terms of client service;

  • Passionate about new media and how Criteo and personalized retargeted advertising can define new boundaries in the online advertising industry;

  • Understand how the Criteo technology works and the ability to explain in every day terms to a client or agency;

  • Ability to work and deliver strong results in a dynamic small team environment;

  • Degree qualification preferred (not essential);

  • Knowledge of competing products a plus;

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) essential;

  • Desire to succeed.
