The team you will be a part of The Information Systems team is responsible for implementation of the enterprise architecture and the development and maintenance of the organization's computing/IT environment. Determines and develops architectural approaches and solutions, conducts business reviews, documents current systems and develops recommendations of how to proceed with the applications. This role in summary Whirlpool is currently looking for a Senior Analyst, Information Systems. This role will be located in Brazil Employees in this role can work Remotely and on occasion, go to the office. This enables employees to come together to collaborate in-person and gives employees the added flexibility to work remotely. This position is primarily responsible for managing the development and maintenance of the IT strategic technology based on Windows Technology, as well as for executing the architecture process for on-prem/cloud solutions with guidance from senior architects. Your responsibilities will include Execute patterns and solutions for high availability and disaster recovery for applications ● Manage MS Windows systems (2008/2012/2016/2019/2022/202xx) across cloud and on-premise environments including Google cloud, AWS and vSphere ● Migration experience Data Center to Data Center and Data Center to Cloud ● Infrastructure automation through scripting using IAC tools such as Terraform, Ansible ● Experience with container orchestration tools (such as Kubernetes) ● Follow Monthly Windows Patch process according to WHR standard with external partners ● Experience with the continuous deployment mindset and applying test driven development to infrastructure (Jenkins/GitHub) ● Manage escalation path with Vendors to solve OS/Infrastructure issues ● Familiar with Security Tools such as Silk /Crowdstrike / Nexpose / Carbon Black and deployment tool such as Tanium ● Experience with Windows Shell configuration and management Minimum requirements Bachelor's Degree ● 3+ years' experience in a Windows, WMware environment Preferred skills and experiences Experience in Active Directory, Domain controller, Server management tools ● Experience in Powershell scripting, Remote File System, Windows Licensing ● Experience in Windows Update management process ● Experience in User Profile management ,Group Policy management ● Experience in Certification renewal process, Cygwin ● Troubleshooting hangs and crashes and performance issues using PerfMon and other tools ● Experience in architecting/deploying/operating solutions ● Experience in migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud (AWS/GCP) Connect with us and learn more about Whirlpool Corporation See what it's like to work at Whirlpool by visiting Whirlpool Careers.
