Job Summary

The Senior Designer plays a key role in shaping and elevating Redox’s visual presence across marketing, brand, and communications. This position is responsible for producing high-quality design work that tells compelling stories, supports product and marketing initiatives, and maintains consistency across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate brings strong creative judgment, a refined sense of craft, and the ability to scale systems and templates for a fast-moving, cross-functional organization.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop and execute creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, presentations, events, and social media;


• Create visual materials that communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively;


• Build and maintain scalable templates in Figma, Canva, and G Suite to support distributed teams and ensure brand consistency;


• Design and deliver assets for HubSpot (emails, landing pages, automation workflows) and WordPress (site visuals, page layouts);


• Establish and maintain asset libraries, naming conventions, and version control processes;


• Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing to produce high-quality visuals for customer-facing initiatives;


• Maintain and evolve Redox’s visual identity system, ensuring brand consistency across all materials;


• Contribute to the ongoing development of Redox’s brand standards and creative frameworks.

Essential Skills

• Experience across brand, marketing, and communication design;


• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual design and storytelling across digital and print;


• Deep understanding of composition, hierarchy, typography, and color;


• Proven ability to translate complex or technical concepts into clear, engaging visuals;


• Experience designing within and contributing to brand or design systems;


• Strong attention to detail, time management, and cross-functional collaboration;


• Comfort operating in an agile, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Highly Desirable Skills

• Experience in B2B SaaS, healthtech, or technical storytelling;


• Motion or animation skills (After Effects, Lottie, or equivalent);


• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or CMS design constraints;


• Experience developing scalable brand systems or component libraries.
