Job Title: Senior Expert Project Management , ISOL, LAM. City: Sao Paulo, SP Work Model: Hybrid Clevel: C40 / job band H As a Senior Expert in Project Management for ISOL (Ingredients Solutions), LAM, you will play a key role in leading the planning, execution, monitoring, control, and successful delivery of strategic and high-priority projects across the region. These projects typically involve high to medium technical complexity and have significant business impact. You will be responsible not only for driving individual project success but also for overseeing and supporting the entire ISOL project pipeline, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. This role requires close collaboration with functional leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure that project objectives, deliverables, and milestones are achieved in accordance with SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) and quality standards, while effectively delivering the expected business value. Your key responsibilities Responsible for day-to-day management of the premix projects in the scope and must be competent in managing the schedule, finance, risk, quality and resources. Support on pipeline management and Project prioritization based on the strategy, commitments, and goals of the organization Define a schedule and project timeline with clear tasks, deadlines, and responsibility Monitor and report on project progress making visible the resources needed, risks and solutions Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs Manage the digital Project Management tool to increase efficiency in project deliver Continuously improve Project Execution Model based on Agile methodologies Give guidance on project prioritization Support and direct team involved in the execution of premix projects You Bring Project management experience, preferably in a food, life science or chemical related projects. Knowledge in Project Management Office (PMO), business process management, focus on continuous improvement and product development Proven experiences in dealing with complexity, multidisciplinary and multicultural environment Demonstrated ability to direct and lead people in the accomplishment of business objectives Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English language (Optional: Spanish) Decisive, result oriented and excellent analytical skills.
