Senior GenAI Engineer

As a Senior GenAI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and scaling enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. You will contribute to the full AI application lifecycle, from architecture and implementation to optimization, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

• Design, develop, and maintain production-ready Generative AI and Agentic AI applications.


• Build customizable AI agent solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, DeepAgents, Strands AI, or similar agent development frameworks.


• Develop scalable Python-based tooling, reusable AI components, and backend workflows.


• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, external knowledge integrations, memory management, and context orchestration strategies.


• Create secure execution environments for AI agents, including permissions management, secrets handling, network restrictions, and audit capabilities.


• Design and maintain MCP (Multi-Cloud Platform) tooling with authentication, schema management, versioning, retries, and secure execution boundaries.


• Implement observability solutions including tracing, logging, monitoring, and performance analysis for AI models, prompts, tool calls, latency, and costs.


• Build automated evaluation and testing frameworks for AI systems, including regression testing, quality validation, hallucination detection, and benchmark datasets.


• Develop human-in-the-loop workflows for sensitive or high-impact AI operations.


• Optimize prompt management, model routing, fallback mechanisms, context strategies, and token usage.


• Collaborate with Data, Analytics, Platform Engineering, and business teams to deliver AI solutions aligned with strategic objectives.


• Contribute to AI engineering best practices, architecture decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced AI engineer with strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on expertise in Generative AI technologies. You should be comfortable building complex AI systems, working with global teams, and delivering reliable solutions in dynamic environments.

• Advanced or fluent English proficiency (C1 or higher) is required.


• Experience working with international clients and distributed global teams.


• Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agent-based architectures.


• Strong programming skills in Python and knowledge of software engineering best practices.


• Experience designing secure, scalable, and production-grade AI systems.


• Solid understanding of AI model evaluation, deployment processes, observability, and operational reliability.


• Experience building agent execution pipelines, CI/CD integrations, backend AI workflows, and automated orchestration systems.


• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, context management, hallucination mitigation, and knowledge freshness strategies.


• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and solve complex technical challenges.


• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience deploying Generative AI solutions using Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.


• Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms such as Databricks, Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, or similar solutions.


• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized AI workloads.


• Knowledge of MLOps practices and AI/ML pipeline automation.


• Understanding of AI security, governance, compliance, and data privacy requirements.


• Certifications related to Generative AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, or AI Engineering.
