Deine Aufgaben
- Carrying out genetic analyses in order to meet production and quality specifications
- Perform the different exams assigned to the Sector with a focus on high complexity exams (example: NGS), according to the technical procedures in which the employee has been trained
- Support low-complexity tests (e.g., qPCR and Sanger) when necessary
- Perform the validations of inputs, equipment and new protocols according to the guidelines of the coordination
- Propose Development Projects of new products and actively participate in their conception with the RDI Sector
- Organize the work routine with the printing of work maps and the making of the routine mirror to be carried out
- Keep all the record in the mirror of the routine (physical or digital document) of the items used, as well as their batches and corresponding validities, according to the structure established by the Coordination of the area
- Keep freezers, refrigerators, cabinets, drawers, shelves and countertops organized, keeping each input stored at the temperature recommended by the manufacturer (ambient, refrigerated or frozen)
- Inspect the inputs monthly for the expiration date; inform the Sector Coordinator in advance about the expiration date and discard it when necessary
- Clean and disinfect the work area (workbench) before and after the routine, following the specific procedure
