This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Brazil Marketing based in Brazil.
In this role, you will lead the execution of high-impact demand generation strategies designed to accelerate pipeline growth and drive measurable revenue outcomes in the Brazilian market. You will sit at the intersection of Marketing and Sales, translating regional business priorities into integrated campaigns that improve conversion and strengthen customer engagement. The position requires close collaboration with Sales leadership, BDR teams, and cross-functional marketing stakeholders to ensure alignment across the entire go-to-market motion. You will be responsible for optimizing campaign performance through data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement of lead management processes. This is a high-visibility leadership role where execution excellence directly influences commercial success. It is ideal for a marketing leader who thrives in fast-paced, performance-oriented environments and enjoys building scalable, revenue-driven programs.
Accountabilities:
- Lead the execution of demand generation programs across Brazil to drive pipeline creation, improve conversion rates, and support revenue targets.
- Partner closely with Sales and BDR teams to align campaign priorities, pipeline goals, and lead follow-up processes to accelerate revenue generation.
- Optimize lead management workflows, including routing, scoring, and follow-up processes to improve efficiency and conversion performance.
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, content, and events targeting key accounts and personas.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content teams to localize messaging and ensure strong relevance for the Brazilian market.
- Analyze campaign performance, attribution, and pipeline contribution to identify optimization opportunities and improve ROI.
- Support forecasting and reporting by providing clear visibility into marketing impact and pipeline performance.
- Coach and support team members, contributing to capability development and execution excellence.
- Strengthen cross-functional alignment with Sales Operations, Partner teams, and regional marketing stakeholders to ensure consistent execution.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or field marketing roles.
- 2–3+ years of experience managing, mentoring, or developing marketing team members.
- Proven track record of executing integrated campaigns that drive pipeline growth and revenue impact.
- Strong experience partnering with Sales and BDR teams to improve lead conversion and accelerate pipeline.
- Solid understanding of lead management processes, marketing attribution, and performance metrics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns based on insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional and regional teams.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; advanced Spanish proficiency is highly desirable.
- Preferred: experience in enterprise SaaS or technology marketing environments.
- Preferred: familiarity with account-based marketing strategies and tools.
- Preferred: experience working within global or regional marketing organizations.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
