As Privacy Senior Analyst, your mission will be to lead strategic privacy initiatives across EBANX's global operations, ensuring compliance with international data protection regulations while driving innovation in emerging technologies like AI governance.

You will also be responsible for:

•  Leading comprehensive privacy risk assessments and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) for projects across the organization


• Ensuring compliance with data protection laws (GDPR, LGPD, and other applicable regulations) across multiple jurisdictions in LATAM, Africa, and Asia


• Conducting contract reviews for privacy clauses and leading vendor privacy assessments for strategic partnerships


• Developing AI governance frameworks and conducting AI Impact Assessments for emerging technology implementations


• Designing privacy training programs for technical and business audiences across international operations


• Serving as strategic facilitator between technical and business areas for privacy requirements coordination

Main requirements for this position:

• Data protection and privacy courses or formal training


• Advanced knowledge of LGPD, GDPR, and international privacy regulations


• Advanced English proficiency for global stakeholder management


• Strong analytical and research skills with ability to find solutions for unprecedented privacy challenges


• Experience in cross-functional project coordination and stakeholder management


• Background in contract negotiation and partners and vendor management

What else would we like to see? 

• IAPP certifications (CIPM, CIPP/E) or equivalent privacy credentials


• Understanding of AI governance principles and emerging technology privacy implications


• Previous experience in fintech, financial services, or international companies


• Experience with multi-jurisdictional privacy compliance across different regions


• Technical understanding of information systems and data flows


• Experience with privacy management tools and automation technologies


• Spanish intermediary


• ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 knowledge
