Senior Product Marketing Designer

About the Role

VTEX is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Designer to lead how our product narratives are translated into clear, high-impact visual experiences. This role sits at the intersection of Product Marketing, Brand, and Revenue teams, shaping the way positioning, launches, and category storytelling come to life across global markets.

You will not only execute design work. You will define visual standards for Product Marketing, influence how complex product strategies are communicated, and help scale enablement through systems, templates, and AI-accelerated workflows.

*For this position you are required to attend the office 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday), and remote work on Friday.

About the team:
You will join the Global Product Marketing team at VTEX, a high-performance group responsible for positioning our platform, enabling Sales and Partners, and driving category leadership across regions. We operate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Executive leadership, translating innovation into clear commercial narratives that drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the visual storytelling for product launches, strategic initiatives, and category narratives.


• Translate positioning, messaging, and GTM strategies into scalable visual frameworks and design systems.


• Create high-impact enablement assets such as executive decks, landing pages, training experiences, videos, and launch materials.


• Partner closely with Product Marketing Leads, Sales Enablement, and Brand teams to ensure consistency and commercial effectiveness.


• Define and evolve global design templates for Product Marketing to improve speed, clarity, and scalability.


• Support flagship initiatives such as VTEX Day, major product announcements, and strategic campaigns.


• Leverage AI-driven workflows (Figma Make, Lovable, Manus, and similar) to accelerate production while maintaining design excellence.

Who You Are

A senior designer who understands business context, not only aesthetics.
Comfortable working with complex B2B SaaS products and translating technical concepts into clear visual narratives.Structured, strategic, and able to operate in fast-moving environments with high ownership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing Design, Product Design, or Marketing Design within B2B SaaS or enterprise environments.


• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling for business outcomes, launches, or enablement materials.


• Expertise in Figma and modern design workflows; proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.


• Experience collaborating with Product Marketing, Sales, or cross-functional GTM teams.


• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and executives.


• Experience designing for global audiences and multiple ICPs is a plus.
