Meet the Team
We lead the initiatives that matter most to SAP Concur’s customers and businesses, driving the success, quality, cost, and delivery of complex products and cross-functional efforts across Product & Engineering. A key part of that future is our SAP AI Strategy, introducing new ways for users to interact with enterprise software through AI-powered experiences.
What You Will Do
This role sits at the intersection of Product Management and Program Management, where success is achieved through cross-functional leadership, influence, coordination, and execution across multiple product and engineering organizations.
Lead cross-product AI initiatives across Concur and SAP, partnering with Product, Engineering, Design, GTM, Support, Security, Legal, and Compliance teams to deliver customer and business value.
Drive alignment across Concur product areas (Travel, Expense, Platform) and SAP AI teams to ensure a cohesive AI strategy, roadmap, and customer experience.
Act as the connective tissue between teams, identifying dependencies, resolving blockers, and driving execution of initiatives that span multiple organizations.
Partner with product and engineering leaders to define priorities, success metrics, adoption goals, and operational readiness plans for AI capabilities.
Drive customer adoption by improving onboarding, activation, packaging, and go-to-market readiness for AI features.
Collaborate with SAP AI and Joule platform teams to align Concur requirements, influence platform capabilities, and accelerate integration efforts.
Monitor customer feedback, product usage, and operational insights to identify adoption barriers and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable customer and business outcomes while meeting enterprise standards for quality, security, compliance, and trust.
What You Bring
5+ years of product management, technical program management, or platform leadership experience driving complex cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations.
Proven ability to translate ambiguous problems into strategy, execution plans, and measurable outcomes.
Strong stakeholder management and influence skills, with experience driving alignment across multiple teams without direct authority.
Technical fluency and experience working closely with engineering teams on platform, integration, or API-based products.
Working knowledge of modern AI systems, including LLMs, prompting, grounding, evaluation, and AI limitations.
Track record of owning high-impact products or programs from strategy through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.

AI Adoption Mindset: Identifies and drives practical AI opportunities that improve customer and business outcomes.
Context Engineering: Understands how workflows, data, permissions, and system context impact AI performance.
AI Output Quality Assurance: Defines quality standards, evaluation approaches, and success metrics for AI experiences.
Agentic AI Day-to-Day Practice: Uses AI tools and agents effectively to improve productivity, decision-making, and execution.
