Senior Professional Education Analyst

JOB PURPOSE

The Senior Professional Education Analyst will be responsible for executing marketing and sales activities related to the Hub and Academy products, under the supervision of the Hedgepoint Academy Manager. This role includes planning and implementing campaigns to promote and sell Hub digital products, as well as managing the Hub sales funnel to convert leads into prospects and customers. The analyst will receive support and guidance from the Education Manager and other stakeholders responsible for product communications and advertising, such as the communication team and specialized agencies.

The Senior Professional Education Analyst will also manage all contact channels related to the Hedgepoint Academy / Hub Platform, interacting with employees, academy customers, HP customers, prospects, regulatory institutions, partners, and other stakeholders. Additionally, this role will ensure proper access and classification of HUB users, including MQL, Academy Clients, Subscribers, Trial Users, Key Prospect OTC, and Third Parties. The analyst will also contribute to education programs by participating in content development and delivering both online and in-person presentations.

KEY ACTIVITIES 

• Monitoring and decide for actions of pushing the Hub or Academy sales funnel in partnership with communication area, field marketing, sales interactions, and vendor.


• Plan and execute actions to engage leads and push for generating demand for Hub sales.


• Support hybrid and presential events such as lives and immersions.


• Get in touch with leads using several technologies such as email, WhatsApp, phone call, Teams meeting, among others available.


•  Coordinate, support and directly attend all points of contact of the Education area.


• Execute adjustments that may be necessary in the LMS platform


• Extract and control data reports from the CRM and LMS platform


•  Provide information for strategic decisions involving the education area


• Grant the correct access and classification to all HUB users.


•  Participate in education programs development and presentations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduation – Business Administration, Economy, Finance, Marketing, Sales.


• Experience in the US and Asian Market are desirable

• Sales campaigns for digital products in a global scale


• CRM proficiency


• Experience with LMS systems

• Fluent Portuguese and English
