Descrição do Emprego - Senior Sales Executive

Are you passionate about selling enterprise software solutions that solve real business problems across industries? Do you enjoy solution-centric selling, engaging senior stakeholders, and winning new logos?

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our LATAM Sales team, based in São Paulo, representing an international software company focused on driving new logo license sales in Brazil and the broader Latin American market.

You are curious by nature, data-driven, and comfortable navigating complex enterprise sales cycles.

As part of the LATAM sales organization, you will play a key role in delivering a value-add, consultative, and solution-oriented customer experience, working closely with internal teams, customers, and partners.

More specifically, you will:

  • Win new business through value-based and solution-centric selling, closing new logo license contracts across industries such as Retail, Manufacturing, Distribution, Life Sciences, and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
  • Develop, manage, and progress a healthy enterprise pipeline, driving opportunities from discovery to close
  • Lead and deliver winning proposals, including RFI/RFP processes
  • Position Stibo Systems as the preferred multi-domain MDM solution provider in the Brazilian market
  • Engage and co-sell with partners, system integrators, and strategic alliances where applicable
  • Work closely with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Product, and Partner teams to execute go-to-market strategies

Join our Sales Team

You will be part of a collaborative, international sales organization, working with highly motivated professionals passionate about data, technology, and digital transformation. The team brings together diverse cultural and professional backgrounds, operating in a truly global environment.

Our ideal candidate – are you the one?

You bring solid experience in enterprise B2B software sales, ideally within multinational environments. You have a strong track record of closing complex deals, engaging senior decision-makers, and selling solutions rather than products.

You combine commercial acumen with strong analytical and presentation skills, and you are comfortable operating at C-level across different industries.

Moreover, you:

  • Have proven experience selling SaaS or enterprise software solutions, preferably in Manufacturing, Retail, CPG, Distribution, or Life Sciences
  • Bring 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Solution Sales, Account Management, or Business Development
  • Understand how to drive revenue in collaboration with partners and integrators
  • Are experienced in C-level and executive stakeholder engagement
  • Are customer-centric, always focused on delivering tangible business value
  • Communicate clearly and confidently in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus)
  • Are proactive, resilient, and self-driven, with a hands-on, “get-things-done” mindset
  • Have experience using Salesforce and/or Clari
