MSI Americas, a multinational leader in the Telecommunications & IT sector across 14 countries in the Americas, is actively seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive. This pivotal remote role, based in Latin America, is crucial for driving sustained revenue growth through new client acquisition. The successful candidate will initially focus on the USA market and subsequently expand to Europe, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring profitability, and contributing to strategic sales objectives and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Insight & Strategy: Develop a deep understanding of local, regional, and global technology trends and applications, with a primary focus on the USA market, followed by Europe.
• Business Development:
  • Proactively prospect and identify potential clients to consistently generate new commercial opportunities.
  • Continuously research and propose innovative technology solutions applicable to the market.
  • Reach and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain continuous communication with potential clients to identify opportunities and present tailored proposals.
  • Detect and pursue new business and commercial opportunities in a sustained manner.
• Sales Cycle Management:
  • Prepare comprehensive commercial offers, ensuring viability in terms of deadlines, conditions, and profitability.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements to secure maximum benefit for the company.
  • Continuously monitor the profitability and performance of assigned accounts.
  • Effectively close sales opportunities by securing formal purchasing commitments from clients.
  • Support the service delivery team in commercial aspects as required.
  • Monitor internal and external sales processes to ensure proper billing.
  • Actively participate in cross-departmental meetings.
• Reporting & Collaboration:
  • Document all opportunities, interactions, communications, and related matters meticulously in Odoo CRM.
  • Support the marketing department in preparing proposals and presentations to add value and enhance brand presence.
  • Prepare and review Profit & Loss (PL) statements.
  • Conduct technical analysis of Request for Quotes (RFQs).
  • Fulfill established sales quotas.

Technical Requirements (Must-have)

• Education: Professional degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 10 years of demonstrable experience in commercial management and sales.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding assigned sales quotas.
  • Current experience in the IT sector with a strong background in selling IT services to the U.S. market.
• Knowledge & Technical Expertise:
  • Expertise in commercial management and consultative selling.
  • Proficiency in preparing commercial proposals.
  • General knowledge of IT and technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and managed services.
  • Familiarity with basic enterprise technology architectures.
  • Awareness of technology market trends and evolution.
  • Proficiency in Odoo CRM for sales process documentation.
• Language: Fluent English (written and spoken).

Compensation & Benefits

• Initial Freelance Period: 3 months, compensation based on a commission structure tied to sales performance.
• Full-Time Transition: Upon successful achievement of targets during the freelance period, transition to a full-time role offering a base salary in addition to commissions.
