We are seeking a business skilled SAP FI Key User specializing in Nota fiscal to join our team in Guarulhos, Brazil. In this critical role, you will be responsible to support IT managing and optimizing our SAP Financial (FI) module, with a focus on Brazilian tax documentation and compliance.

• Support the IT department to configure nota fiscal rules in SAP module to meet company-specific requirements and ensure compliance with Brazilian tax regulations
• Manage and process Nota fiscal documentation within the SAP system
• Analyze and resolve financial and tax-related issues in SAP
• Support the development and maintaining of SAP FI reports, interfaces, and customizations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve financial processes and ensure accurate tax reporting
• Provide training and support to end-users on SAP FI functionalities and Nota fiscal procedures
• Stay up-to-date with changes in Brazilian tax laws and implement necessary system updates
• Participate in SAP upgrade projects and testing of new functionalities
• Assist in month-end closing activities and financial reporting 
• Benchmarking with other financial shared service locations worldwide

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience as an SAP FI Key User focused in Nota Fiscal
• In-depth knowledge of SAP FI module and its integration with other SAP modules
• Expertise in Brazilian tax regulations, compliance, and Nota fiscal processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills in both Portuguese and English
• Experience with Brazilian tax compliance and financial reporting
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial data management
